Return Policy

You must obtain a Return for Inspection (RFI) number from Diamond.com before returning merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RFI number. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Diamond.com within 30 days of ship date for a full refund of your purchase price, minus shipping*, handling, gift packaging, or other charges. If the returned merchandise involves layaway, the 25% deposit is not refundable. If return exceeds five (5) of the same item or style number within a 30 calendar day period the return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
