Return Policy

To make buying from us simple, shipping and handling within the contiguous U.S. (UPS ground or L.T.L. carrier) is free of charge on most products. Sinks, tubs, toilets, bidets and plumbing accessories are excluded from our free shipping promotion. Please note that you may elect to pay additional charges for items taken off the truck and/or to your door. Please contact Customer Support for Alaska, Hawaii and International shipping costs. If you need faster delivery, you can arrange for overnight or second day delivery. International orders please allow additional days for delivery. Contact Customer Support for more information or costs. Many products are ready to ship within two days of your order, while others are manufactured when you place the order. Once your order is placed, shipping date(s) will be e-mailed to you. We cannot deliver to P.O. Box locations. Most products ship UPS or FedEx. Items shipped freight (L.T.L. carrier) are delivered to curbside or driveway only; for any additional delivery needs, please contact us during our customer support hours. 1. Return/Exchange at a Store
For items purchased either in-store or online, just bring the item you'd like to return/exchange and your receipt to the Customer Service Desk of any Kohl's store near you.

2. Return by Mail
If your purchase arrived by mail from Kohl's, you can return it by mail*. Just fill out the Return & Exchange form that accompanied your purchase, and pack the merchandise and receipt into a sturdy box. Then, apply the supplied return label. (Please send all shipments prepaid.)
We understand that making returns by mail can sometimes be the most convenient for our customers. If you do choose to return any Kohls.com purchase by mail, please include the tags for all the items and remember that items should not have been worn or used.
*We're sorry, we are not able to accept returns by mail for items purchased in-store. If you purchased your item(s) in-store, please return it to the Customer Service Desk of any Kohl's store near you.

3. Exchange by Mail
If your purchase arrived by mail from Kohl's, you can exchange it by mail*. We treat your exchange as a new order to make it easier for you to track your purchase online and to correctly credit your return.

• Exchange
To exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, simply complete the Return & Exchange form that accompanied your purchase. (Shop Kohls.com to find the necessary product information about your replacement item.) Then, follow the “Return by Mail” instructions above.
