All orders can take up to 2 business days to process. Orders placed (and paid for) after 2 pm EST will be processed the following business day. Once your package is shipped, an E-mail containing tracking information will be sent to the listed E-mail address.

DELIVERY TIMES – STANDARD SHIPPING
For all orders shipped via Standard Ground, delivery is as follows: 1) East Coast, 2-3 business days; 2) Midwest, 3-5 business days; 3) West Coast, 4-7 business days. Please note that the times listed are an estimate and not guaranteed.

DELIVERY TIMES – EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Please note that all orders shipped via UPS 2nd-Day Air and Next Day Air will be shipped the same day only if the order is placed BEFORE 2 PM EST. If the order is placed after 2 pm EST, it will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please note that expedited shipping does not cover weekend delivery – NO Saturdays or Sundays. UPS packages normally arrive between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm local time.

FRAGRANCE & BEDDING ORDERS
All fragrance and bedding orders can take as many as 3-4 business days to process. Please keep this in mind if you opt to ship your bedding or fragrance order via an expedited shipping method.

Free shipping is available within the United States on all orders for more than $75. Upgraded shipping is available on these orders, although additional charges will apply.
