Wild Attire Inc. collects sales tax for items being shipped to California Only. The current tax rate is 7.75%. In addition to goods Wild Attire Inc. must collect California sales tax for all promotions, based on the listed value of the promotional item or service. These promotions include but are not limited to Free Shipping, Free tie Winders, Free Ties, Free gifts, and/or any other promotional value.

Shipping Information

You understand that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You accept title to the goods when they pass from our warehouse to the common carrier. Residential and rural addresses may require additional time for delivery. The carrier denotes rural and residential addresses and you hereby agree to abide by the carriers classification. Ground service is for non-residential addresses ONLY! Home office or home based businesses do not qualify for ground service and must select home service. If you select ground service, but your address is determined by the carrier to be residential, you authorize an additional $20.00 charge to be applied to your credit card. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of processing (M-TH). All orders must be received by 3pm EST for same day processing. Orders received after 3pm EST may not process until the following business day. Orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will process and ship on the following business day (holidays excluded). All shipping days are standard business days and may not include weekends and holidays. All domestic and international orders are shipped with Federal Express, Smart Mail, DHL, U.S.P.S., or Alternate carrier. (Wild Attire Inc Retains the right to select which carrier is used and select an alternate carrier if necessary) Not all services are available to P.O. boxes and A.P.O. addresses. Orders with incorrect address information that has to be corrected by a common carrier or Wild Attire Inc. will incur an additional $20.00 Charge. Please check your address information carefully. By placing an order you authorize Wild Attire Inc., in the event of an address correction, to charge you an additional $20.00 fee.

Return Policy

Wild Attire Inc. offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all non-modified items sold through our websites. Modified Ties (clip-on ties) cannot be returned for any reason. In order to qualify for money back the items must be received at our fulfillment center with a return authorization number within 30 days from the date your package passed from our order fulfillment center to a common carrier. No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Returns received after 30 days but before 90 days will only be eligible for an exchange or store credit only. You are responsible for insuring that your return reaches us within the required time limits. Wild Attire Inc. is not responsible for any lost or misdirected packages. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. If you refuse delivery of a package, you authorize Wild Attire Inc. to charge your credit card a fee of $25.00 to cover the return cost of the refused package.
