Our $2.95 shipping rate does not apply to Travel or Auction orders. If you request hard copies of your travel confirmation, we charge $20.00.

Return Policy

Most items sold by Overstock.com may be set up for return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For returns set up after 30 days, Overstock.com may grant a credit of up to 50% of the item's value.
After your return is set up, your item must be received back in the Overstock.com warehouse within 30 days.
Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with shipment. Media items shipped with shrink wrap must be returned unopened.
After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less original shipping costs and return shipping fees. All items are subject to a restocking fee of $4.95 per item OR 15% for items within the Electronic, Computer, and Wholesale categories.
