Shipping Information

Standard Ground Shipping
When you place your order, we will give you the date that we expect your order to arrive, pending credit card authorization. All online orders will default to the Standard Ground delivery option at checkout.

* Orders are typically sent via FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service. Dropship merchandise is an exception -- please see "Dropship" below.
* ShopNBC's shipping agreements do not allow you to use a customer-preferred carrier.
* Your order should arrive within 7 to 10 business days following shipment.
* Please note: additional charges will be applied on orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
* Please provide a street address, as ShopNBC does not deliver to FPOs, or APOs. Only watches and jewelry items may be shipped to PO boxes. Also, ShopNBC does not deliver outside the United States, to Puerto Rico, or to military bases at this time.

Express Shipping
With Express Shipping, your order will arrive within 4 business days following shipment.

* Express Shipping is available for an additional $10 per jewelry, apparel, or beauty item shipped within the 48 contiguous states and $10 per non-jewelry/non-apparel/non-beauty item shipped within the 48 contiguous states and for all items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
* All orders will be shipped via Federal Express. Please note: Federal Express does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Also, you must provide a street address, as Federal Express will not deliver to a Post Office box.
* At checkout, just select the "Express" shipping option.

Super Express Shipping
Super Express Shipping is the fastest way to get your order and your order will arrive within 3 business days following shipment.

* To protect the security of your account, our Credit department may contact you for address verification before your order is shipped.
* Super Express is available for an additional $15 per jewelry, apparel, or beauty item shipped within the 48 contiguous states and $20 per non-jewelry/non-apparel/non-beauty item shipped within the 48 contiguous states and for all items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
* All orders will be shipped via Federal Express. Please note: Federal Express does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Also, you must provide a street address, as Federal Express will not deliver to a Post Office box. At checkout, just select the "Super Express" shipping option.

Dropship
In some cases, ShopNBC works directly with suppliers to ship your order from their warehouses. This is called "dropship."

* You can expect to receive dropship orders within 7 to 14 business days (some items may take longer) from the date your order is sent to our supplier.
* Expedited shipping options (Express and Super Express shipping) are not available on dropship orders.
* Additional charges may apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii on qualifying items.
* Some dropship items are shipped only by a freight carrier due to size and weight, and cannot be shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States. This includes all mattresses, DLP 42" TV's, 51" or larger televisions, and select other items based on size and weight.
* Some deliveries may require the carrier to contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. Please check the product descriptions on the website for further delivery information.
* The shipping carrier will vary with each dropship vendor; once your shipment has been sent, you can check your orders through your online account just by signing in and clicking on the "My order history" link.

Return Policy

Your invoice may include our pre-paid shipping label, known as a SmartLabel. (If you’re not sure, you can view examples of the return labels online.) You are not required to return merchandise using the SmartLabel; it is provided for your convenience. Directions for returning your product via the SmartLabel are on their website as well as other ways to return items.
