Fill out the return form on the reverse side of your invoice. Please include the reason for the return.
Make sure your name and address are correct on the invoice. Include your phone number or e-mail address in case we need to contact you.
Enclose the invoice (or a copy) with your return, and send it to the address listed below that's nearest you. Please ship your parcel via a traceable shipping method.
Returns received after 60 days will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. West Marine will not pay for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error in your order.
All special orders and dropships will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
Return shipping charges will not be credited.
